Vehicle rentals are made under the following conditions :

1 / Age and driving license

• Minimum age: 23 years for all categories
• Driving license: Hold a valid driving license for at least 3 years.

The driving license must be presented at the time of taking the vehicle.

2 / Payment method

  A / Payment of the rental

Counter Payment: Payment of the estimated rental amount will be required upon pickup of the vehicle.
It can be done by credit card or holiday vouchers.

Internet Payment: If you have made your payment on our website, the prepaid booking confirmation is the prepayment for the duration and the amount indicated on it.
Any service not included on this voucher will be charged to the vehicle.

  B / Security Deposit

Whatever method of payment is used, a deposit equal to the amount of the incompressible deductible will be required.
This deposit must be made exclusively by credit card in the name and first name of the tenant.

Franchise amount: 850 €

3 / Rates

Included in the rates :

• Unlimited mileage.
• Third-party liability and accident insurance.
• Vehicle damage and theft insurance (LDW) with an incompressible franchise.
• Insurance Assistance and People Carried (PAI).
• VAT in force.

Not included in the rates:

• The incompressible franchise in case of accident or theft (attention: the failure to return the keys of the vehicle, following the theft of the latter will result in the billing of the market value of it).
• Fuel.
• Damage to tires, rims and punctures.
• The damage under the vehicle.
• The loss of keys.
• Towing costs except in case of breakdown.
• Fees for fines and fines: € 15

4 / Supplements

Additional driver surcharge:

NO SUPPLEMENTS

Late arrival supplement:

For any guest arriving after the normal opening hours (19H00), a fee of 25 € will be charged at the time of the establishment of the contract.

5 / Optional services and insurance

  A / Services

Baby seat: 12 euros per day, maximum 5 days billed.

Booster: 6 euros per day, maximum 5 days billed.

Delivery: Ability to deliver or pick up the vehicle in a hotel for a fee of 75 euros per trip (100 euros for deliveries and / or recovery in Basse Terre and Saint-François).

  B / Optional insurance

You also have the possibility to partially buy back your accident deductible for 12 € per day, the deductible will then be 350 € (from 3 days of rental).

6 / Duration of the contract

  A/ Duration

The minimum rental period is per 24 hours. Any exceeding of this beyond 59 minutes will result in the billing of an additional day.

  B / Prolongation

In case of extension, the tenant must go to one of the agencies before the end of his contract in order to regularize it. The renter reserves the right to refuse the extension of the rental.

Except for an extension authorized by the lessor, the non-return of the vehicle on the date of return is a diversion exposing the tenant to legal proceedings.

  C / Restitution

The vehicle must be returned with the full (or with the same level as the departure). Otherwise we will charge you the price of the missing fuel at the rate applicable in our agencies.

Any vehicle returned outside opening hours remains the responsibility of the tenant. The time of return of the vehicle to close the contract and determine the amount of the invoice, will be the time of the next branch opening.

When returning the vehicle, in the event of a claim or an accident with or without a third party, including for customers who have purchased the deductible, will be charged a handling fee of 20 €.

7 / Cancellation / refund

Cancellation + 30 days before taking the vehicle: 100% refund less the booking fee of 15 €

Cancellation 30 to 15 days before taking the vehicle: 80% refund less the booking fee of 15 €

Cancellation 15 to 7 days before taking the vehicle: 50% refund less the booking fee of 15 €

Cancellation less than 7 days before taking the vehicle: no refund will be made.

No refund will be made by our agency on the rental or the supplements if they are not fully used
